Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or participating in our events.
Registering on Behalf of Another
If you are registering on behalf of another person, you must ensure that the person attending is aware of these Terms and accepts them. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that the attendee has accepted these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms apply from the date of publishing until replaced by a newer version. We may update them at any time for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. Any updates will be posted at the end of these Terms.
Refund Information
If you cannot attend, please email info@biologia360.com at least two weeks before the conference. A refund (minus 50% processing fee) will be issued. Cancellations made within two weeks will be eligible for credit towards future events.
Replacement
Participant replacements are allowed at any time. Please send the replacements details to info@biologia360.com so we can update documentation and badges accordingly.
Technology
The event will be delivered via Zoom. You dont need an account unless you want to adjust personal settings. Please note: this is an interactive meeting, and all delegates must have their camera and microphone on to participate.
Access to the Event
We reserve the right to refuse or remove participation without liability if anyone behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner during the event.
Changes or Cancellation of the Event
While we aim to provide accurate agendas and speaker details, unforeseen circumstances may require changes, postponements, or cancellations. If postponed, access will be provided at a later date no refunds will be issued. In case of cancellation, refunds will be limited to paid fees minus processing costs.
Photography, Audio & Video Recording
By attending, you consent to recording and to the use of your likeness, name, voice, and words in any media worldwide without additional approval or payment. This includes editing, distribution, and global dissemination.
Personal Use Only
Access to the event is for personal use only and may not be shared outside your household. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to participate. No other rights or ownership are transferred to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, partners, and staff against all claims, damages, and expenses arising from any breach of these Terms or participation in the event.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, or technical failures. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of such issues, but no liability will be assumed.
